一般描述

尿苷 5′-二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸 (UDPGA) 是辅助因子,由 udp-葡萄糖和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 (NAD +) 在细胞内通过 udp-葡萄糖脱氢酶的催化活性合成。许多肝制备液中 UDPGA 的浓度范围为 0.3-0.5 mM。[1]

应用

尿苷 5'-二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸铵盐已用于肝 S9 蛋白中 14 C-睾酮的 UDP-葡糖醛酸基转移酶 (UDGPT) 试验的启动。[2]适用于 UDGPT 含量测定。[3][4]

生化/生理作用

尿苷 5'-二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸 (UDGPA) 是内质网中胆红素结合的葡萄糖醛酸供体。[5]
