MISSION ® TurboGFP ™ 对照载体是一个 8347 碱基对的慢病毒质粒载体，含有编码 TurboGFP ™ 的基因，由 CMV 启动子控制。TurboGFP ™ 对照载体在使用 MISSION ® shRNA 文库克隆的实验中作为阳性转染/转导对照十分有用。 TurboGFP ™ 是从桡足类 Pontellina plumata 中克隆的绿色荧光蛋白 copGFP 的改良变体。

應用
MISSION® pLKO.1-puro-CMV-TurboGFP ™ 阳性对照质粒 DNA 已被用于构建 GATA2 过表达载体 (oeG2)，方法是在 5′ 端去掉该载体的 GFP 盒。NheI 和 3′PstI 克隆位点，并用全长 GATA2 转录序列替代。
