一般描述
人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-DR是HLA II类分子的成员。它由定位于人类第6号染色体的基因编码。(21}HLA II类分子在B淋巴细胞上高度表达，但在T淋巴细胞，巨噬细胞，胸腺上皮细胞和各种身体组织的选定细胞上也以最低水平表达。HLA-DR由一个非多态性α链基因和多达三个不同的高度多态性β链基因组成。

生化/生理作用
人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-DR通过呈递衍生自细胞外蛋白的抗原肽来激活T细胞受体，从而刺激针对该抗原的免疫反应。{22]基因突变增加了对炎症性肠病（IBD），克罗恩氏病和溃疡性结肠炎的易感性。在精神分裂症患者中观察到单核细胞(HLA)-DR的过表达。
