一般說明

成纤维细胞活化蛋白1(FAP-1)是一种膜相关蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶。它由ezrin样细胞骨架结合结构域,六个PSD95/Dlg/Z-1同源(PDZ)结构域和亮氨酸拉链基序组成。FAP-1基因位于人染色体4q21.3。抗-FAP-1抗体检测内源性总FAP-1蛋白水平。
