生化/生理作用

带烷基化咪唑环的SKF-96365是受体介导的Ca2+内流和电压门控Ca2+内流的选择性抑制剂。[4]SKF-96365介导平滑肌膜的去极化，对乙酰胆碱(ACh)诱导去极化无影响。[5]它是一种SOCE（库操纵性钙内流）阻滞剂。也可抑制Homer1蛋白质表达。[6]SKF-96365在1-甲基-4-苯基吡啶基(MPP)介导的细胞毒性中可诱发保护功能。[6]
