Sephadex® G-100葡聚糖凝胶(中级)是经常被文献引用的凝胶过滤基质,主要用于超大分子的脱盐和缓冲液置换。 Sephadex®葡聚糖凝胶由葡聚糖(dextran)与环氧氯丙烷交联而成。Sephadex产品有各种不同的交联度,因此其溶胀程度和分子分离范围也不同。 “中级”代表较大颗粒,主要用于要求高流速和低操作压力的大规模组群分离。
