生化/生理作用
据报道,甜菊糖在培养哺乳动物细胞时具有遗传毒性作用。
甜菊糖是一种无热量的天然甜味剂,甜度比蔗糖高 300 倍。它通过干扰有机阴离子转运系统而抑制对氨基马尿酸盐 (PAH) 的跨上皮转运。在 0.5-1 mM 时,它与任何有机阴离子转运蛋白(OAT)均无相互作用。
甜菊苷水合物是存在于甜叶菊中的二萜糖苷。
準備報告
应在DMSO中制备甜菊糖溶液。高纯度甜菊糖的水溶性非常差。
