胃泌素EIA试剂盒已用于估计血浆或血清样本中胃泌素激素的水平。[5]

生化/生理作用

胃泌素负责上皮细胞的增殖和分化。胃泌素调节壁细胞分泌胃酸和维持胃所必需的生长因子的作用。[1]胃泌素维持钠离子稳态，控制血压。[2]在体外和体内分析中，缺氧条件可能会提高癌细胞中胃泌素激素的表达，从而促进血管生成。[6]
