一般說明
Neuroporter™ 转染试剂是经过优化的专利阳离子脂质体配方,毒性低,可用于向原代神经细胞、神经胶质细胞以及培养的神经细胞系之中高效递送DNA。Neuroporter™转染试剂盒可用于难转染原代神经细胞,可解决诸如细胞活力不足、转染效率低以及神经细胞退化等之前存在的问题。
應用
适于向原代神经细胞和培养的神经细胞系之中瞬时和稳定转染核酸。每一块6 cm细胞培养板可使用大约15-120 μl Neuroporter™的转染试剂和6-8 μg 的DNA(可应客户要求,以溶于独特的DNA稀释液的形式提供)。以下细胞已采用Neuroporter™转染试剂盒成功转染。

注意:不要冻存。
原則
在无血清的条件下混合Neuroporter™转染试剂和DNA,即可形成稳定的非共价偶联复合物。该复合物性质稳定,可直接加入到细胞培养基中,并在培养基中与细胞膜融合,将DNA释放到细胞质中。注意:复合物的形成受到血清抑制,但一旦形成稳定的复合物,即便存在血清也无妨。
