生化/生理作用

Mirin可导致细胞周期阻滞在G1期。 Mirin可增强病毒对抗病毒聚酰胺(AVP)的敏感性。在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)附加体中,mirin通过形成双链DNA断裂来促进损伤作用。它有助于降低AVP的抑制浓度(IC50)。
Mirin是Mre11-Rad50-Nbs1复合物的抑制剂。它能够破坏Mre11的核酸酶活性,从而破坏DNA双链断裂修复能力。
