应用

MJ33锂盐已被用作过氧化物酶VI（Prdx6）抑制剂：
  • 在体外和乳腺癌细胞系（MCF-7）细胞裂解物中研究其特异性Prdx6过氧化物酶活性[1]

生化/生理作用

MJ33作为激动剂诱导的烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸盐（NADPH）氧化酶2型（NOX2）活化的无毒和强效抑制剂。它还可以预防与小鼠肺炎症相关的肺损伤。MJ33是一种氟化脂质类似物，通过模拟底物的过渡态来阻断酶。[2]
