组分

含 1.0 mg/mL 牛胰岛素、0.55 mg/mL 人转铁蛋白(基本上无铁)、0.5μg/ml 亚硒酸钠、50 mg/mL 牛血清白蛋白和 470μg/ml 亚油酸(100x 浓度)。

制备说明

使用不含酚红的Earle′平衡盐溶液(EBSS)制备。

The media I want to use requires 0.023U/mL of insulin in 500mL of RPMI, and I need to understand the activation units for the insulin supplement. The product information only mentions a 1mg/mL concentration of insulin.

    1. The activity of the product should be 25 IU/mL, based on the formulation and the IU of the raw materials used. The product has a specification of >= 0.9mg/mL, and the raw material has an activity specification of >= 25 IUM. Therefore, depending on the lot the customer received, if the assay of the lot they received was 1mg/mL, then the activity would be 25 IU/mL.
