Anti-ERLIN2 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. 生化/生理作用
ERLIN2 (ER lipid raft associated 2) plays a crucial role in inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) signaling pathway. It forms a heteromeric complex with ERLIN1 that binds to IP3-receptor tetramers. Mutation in ERLIN2 gene in juvenile leads to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and spastic paraplegia.
