Perfecta3D® 悬滴板有助于形成一致且可控的三维(3D)球体和细胞聚集体。

可以在接种到孔中之前混合细胞,便于进行均一的共培养,也可以在形成球体后添加到孔中,便于进行有模式的共培养。类似拟胚体的干细胞聚集物可以在细胞不与表面接触的情况下进行培养和研究。很容易更换培养基。

每孔一种聚集形式。96 和 384 孔 Perfecta3D® 悬滴板与自动化液体处理设备兼容。可以将药物和测定试剂直接添加到孔中。每孔一个球体,并且控制球体大小意味着数据的一致性。
