一般描述

应用

L-高丝氨酸内酯盐酸盐已被用作动脉平滑肌收缩的抑制剂。[3]

生化/生理作用

L-高丝氨酸内酯抑制能够减少毒力因子并阻止炎症和组织损伤。[1] 在铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）中，它能够控制毒力因子产生和生物膜形成。在根癌农杆菌（ Agrobacterium tumefaciens）中，它是接合转移的必需成分。[4]
酰化L-高丝氨酸内酯被用于研究细菌群体感应信号传导机制。
