一般描述

细胞色素P450 3A4 （CYP3A4）代表哺乳动物酶（CYP）家族3，亚家族A，基因4。人类有57个CYP基因和33个假基因，可分为18个科和42个亚科。其中3A4亚型（CYP3A4）最为普遍，主要存在于肝脏和胃肠道中。[1]

应用

细胞色素 P450 3A4 人类已用于圆二色性分析。[2]

生化/生理作用

细胞色素P450 3A4 （CYP3A4）是细胞色素P450 （P450）的同工异构体之一。[3]细胞色素p4500s （p4500s）在处理内源性化合物和外源性化合物（包括污染物、环境化合物和药物分子）中起着至关重要的作用。CYP3A4通过各种代谢过程氧化超过90%的上市药物。[3][4]CYP3A4 mRNA在儿童克罗恩病中表达上调。[5] 此外，它对除草剂如甲非那西、甲基氨丙酯、吡虫威、去氟唑松、三氟灵、二甲甲烷、氯脲和氯乙酰胺具有很高的耐受性。

  1. Hello, Could you please provide more details about this product? Specifically, I would like to know the volume of the aliquot. Also, could you provide a more precise concentration in mg/mL?

    1. This product is a solution containing 1 nanomole or 1000 picomoles of Cytochrome P450 3A4. The concentration of several parameters varies from lot to lot and is reported in the product Certificate of Analysis. As noted in the 'PROPERTIES' section, each vial will have a range of 3.5-25 mg protein/mL, 50-150 nmol/mL P450, and 6-14 nmol/mg protein. For example, a recent lot was found to have a P450 concentration of 13 nmol/mg protein and 5.1 mg protein/mL. The volume of the 1000 picomole package for this lot is 1.5 uL.
