應用

本试剂盒适于酶促定量测定食物及其他材料中的葡萄糖水平。 在此过程中,葡萄糖被葡萄糖氧化酶氧化为葡萄糖酸和过氧化氢。 在存在过氧化物酶的条件下,过氧化氢会与邻联茴香胺(o-dianisidine )反应形成显色产物。氧化的邻联茴香胺(o-dianisidine)继续与硫酸反应形成更多的稳定显色产物。在540 nm波长处测得粉色信号强度,其与样品中原始的葡萄糖浓度成正比。
