特异性
与 GAD67 特异性反应。不与 GAD65 发生交叉反应。
免疫原
来自小鼠 GAD67 的合成肽（氨基酸 87-106）。
该肽与 GAD65 不具有同源性。
应用
抗谷氨酸脱羧酶 67（GAD67）单克隆抗体适用于免疫印迹、免疫印迹（1：500-1：20,000 稀释，小鼠脑提取物）和免疫组化（1：500-1：20,000 稀释，小鼠脑切片）。
生化/生理作用
