应用
兔多克隆抗c-Fos抗体通过免疫印迹（作为50-62 kDa处的单个或多个条带）和免疫组织化学识别c-Fos。通过免疫印迹，该抗体还可以检测到约40 kDa的条带，该条带代表c-Fos降解产物。c-Fos免疫肽（人c-Fos，C末端添加赖氨酸的3-16个氨基酸）可以特异性抑制c-Fos的免疫印迹染色。

生化/生理作用
