生化/生理作用

聚磷酸二腺苷(Ap4A)可在胰腺细胞中充当第二信使。聚磷酸二腺苷主要储存在神经元细胞、血小板和嗜铬细胞中。它会刺激磷脂酶D、引起细胞内钙水平波动、诱导一氧化氮释放、激活5′-核苷酸酶,并在体外抑制腺苷激酶活性。血浆内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中的膜结合胞外酶可代谢Ap4A。
