一般說明

生化/生理作用

白喉毒素是一种由白喉棒状杆菌产生的细菌毒素。它包含三个具有细胞内作用的结构域。这些结构域参与细胞中毒、细胞表面结合和内化为内体、穿过内体膜转运到胞质溶胶并抑制细胞蛋白质合成。白喉毒素可用于构建生物技术工具和治疗方法。它通过催化真核生物中靶蛋白的二磷酸腺苷(ADP)核糖基化来抑制蛋白质合成。

外觀

含Tris和EDTA的冻干粉。

重構

当用无菌蒸馏水将每管重悬至0.5 mL时,0.01 M Tris和0.001 M Na2EDTA,pH 7.5中含有~1 mg的白喉毒素。
