一般描述

腺苷 3′,5′-环单磷酸(cAMP)是许多生理过程的第二信使。在腺苷酸环化酶存在的条件下,由三磷酸腺苷(ATP)合成。[1]
非放射性、竞争性酶免疫测定,用于定量1M HCL处理组织和细胞培养液中的总cAMP含量。cAMP试剂盒采用cAMP多克隆抗体竞争性结合样品内的cAMP或共价连接cAMP的碱性磷酸酶分子。

应用

cAMP 酶免疫测定试剂盒(直接法)可用于测量细胞培养基[2] 中的cAMP水平,适用毒性和减毒巨噬细胞。 [3] 也用于定量嗅觉上皮细胞中的cAMP合成。[4]
