生化/生理作用
消胆胺是一种阳离子交换树脂。这种树脂可作为胆汁酸螯合剂,所含氯离子与小肠腔胆汁酸交换后,螯合的胆汁酸从粪便排出,使血清胆汁酸水平下降。消胆胺也用于治疗原发性高胆固醇血症。这种树脂可使低密度脂(LDL)胆固醇剂量依赖性减少。降低冠心病风险。
