Cellulose azure is an insoluble cellodextrin together with water soluble reactive dye.[1]

应用

Cellulose Azure has been used as a substrate for determining cellulase activity.[1][2] It has also been used as a supplement in Modified Melin-Norkrans (MMN) medium for determining the lignocellulolytic activity of the fungi.[3]
