应用
ELISA 采用 HRP 标记的山羊抗小鼠 IgA 作为二抗，1:10000 稀释，37 度孵育 1 小时，检测小鼠粪便提取物中的 IgA 水平。
抗小鼠 IgA（α-链特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于改良间接 DIBA（斑点免疫结合试验）。
外形
0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液，pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂。
制备说明
