一般說明
钾是一种细胞内阳离子,只有人体中2%的K+ 存在于细胞外液中。K+ 在细胞内和细胞外的空间分布可通过几种转运途径的作用来分析,如Na+-K+-ATP酶、Na+-K+-2Cl-共转运蛋白NKCC1,四种KCC和过多的K+ 通道。此外,骨骼肌含有人体近75%的钾,并对细胞外K+产生相当大的影响。口服氯化钾可预防或纠正因使用利尿剂或其他情况引起的钾缺乏。它被用作食品补充剂和食盐替代品。
