生化/生理作用

在细菌中，膜整合葡萄糖脱氢酶可催化葡萄糖转化为葡萄糖酸。它使用吡咯喹啉醌作为辅酶。细胞内葡萄糖脱氢酶缺乏这种辅因子。它是一种烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)依赖的酶。[3]
