應用

生化/生理作用

甘氨酸是非必需氨基酸。通过细胞膜的钙内流由甘氨酸门控通道介导。甘氨酸参与卟啉、嘌呤和丝氨酸的合成。它还可作为谷氨酸与NMDA(N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸)受体结合的竞争性激动剂。在快速增殖的癌细胞中,由于对氨基酸的需求增加,甘氨酸合成可能会增加。

The clinical associations of glycine receptor antibodies have not yet been described fully. We identified prospectively 52 antibody-positive patients and collated their clinical features, investigations and immunotherapy responses.
