應用

- 通过Ir催化与重氮化米氏′酸反应，分子间C-H 功能化形成羟吲哚衍生物。
- 在Pd(OAc)2 和 Cu(OAc)2 催化剂存在下，乙酰苯胺可用于通过区域选择性C-H官能化/卤化反应而合成邻卤代乙酰苯胺。
- 通过在DMF中用HCl和 m-间氯过苯甲酸氧化氯化得到氯代乙酰苯胺。
