ROCK抑制剂(Y-27632)是包括p160Rock(Ki=140nM)和Rock-II在内的Rho相关蛋白激酶(ROCK)的一种选择性ATP竞争性抑制剂。还可作为肌球蛋白磷酸化和平滑肌收缩的激动剂诱导的Ca2+敏化的一种有效抑制剂。用10uM Y-27632处理一小时后可阻断已发生解离的培养的人类胚胎干细胞(hESC)的凋亡,从而在不影响多能性的情况下提高hESC的存活率和克隆效率1。近期有报告表明Y-27632和Accutase(货号SCR005)所组成的消化酶混合配方,能够通过使用常规的慢速冷冻和快速解冻方法提高单个hESC的解冻后存活率
