说明

一般描述

Milliflex^®培养皿为可直接使用琼脂培养基，可与Milliflex^®或Milliflex Oasis^®系统配合使用，可方便、快速、可靠地进行生物负荷检测。预充琼脂培养皿有助于简化微生物污染检测工作流程，并提供质量保证，避免外源性污染风险。每个平板为3件式组件，包含约10 mL培养基。沙氏葡萄糖琼脂含有动物组织消化物（蛋白胨），可为真菌和酵母菌的生长提供氨基酸和含氮化合物的营养来源。加入葡萄糖作为能量和碳源。低pH值有利于真菌生长。

应用

预充沙氏葡萄糖琼脂的Milliflex^®培养皿用于水的生物负荷检测和一般微生物分析，尤其是高纯水（电子、RO、蒸馏或纯化水）。广泛应用于制药、化妆品、酿造等行业。
