    1. The Western blot dilution for this antibody is reported on the lot specific Certificates of Analysis.(COA). When tested on mouse brain lysate the typical concentration is 0.5 ug/mL. This product is suitable for use in western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunohistochemistry (IH), but has not been tested for immunofluorescence (IF).
