    1. the glycosylation level of this antibody has not been characterized, but it should be intrinsically glycosylated.

      Hydrazine bioconjugation does not involve carbohydrates. It is accomplished via hydrazine aldehyde with the amino groups present on an antibody.

      However, carbohydrates on antibodies can be utilized via the periodate oxidation method for conjugation to nanoparticles.
