一般說明

  1. Is it safe to use the Human CD8 Milliplex kit if it was left out on the bench for a week?

    1. The Human CD8 Milliplex kit is quite stable when stored at room temperature or 37°C for up to 7 days. Although mean fluorescent intensities (MFIs) may experience a slight depression when stored at 37°C as opposed to 4°C, this difference is not typically significant. Additionally, there may be a slight decrease in sensitivity for some analytes, but it generally remains below the reported minimum detectable concentration (minDC) plus two standard deviations (2SD).

    Great kit for analyzing T cell activation

    Have used this kit to effectively evaluate T cell activation following treatment with various therapeutic compounds. The experimental setup is straightforward and the kit detects a number of highly relevant T cell cytokines resulting in a robust and yet manageable data set for determining immune cell activation.
