一般說明

门冬氨酸酰化酶(EC 3.5.1.15;UniProt Q8R3P0;也称为Acy-2,氨基酰化酶-2,Nur-7)由鼠物种中的Aspa(也称为Acy2)基因(基因ID 11484)编码。门冬氨酸酰化酶催化N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)脱乙酰化,以在中枢神经系统(CNS)中生成游离乙酸盐。ASPA基因的突变会导致常染色体隐性神经退行性卡纳万病(CD),导致发育过程中脂质/髓磷脂合成不足。免疫组织化学染色显示,门冬氨酸酰化酶与整个大脑中的少突胶质细胞标志物CC1共定位,表明其在髓鞘形成中的作用。
