胞质FMR1相互作用蛋白1（CYFIP1）是CYFIP家族的成员。它是CYFIP1-EIF4E-FMR1复合物的组成部分，该复合物是一种与mRNA帽结合的翻译抑制调控复合物。在复合物中，CYFIP1充当其他两种组分之间的衔接器，并上调FMR1的翻译抑制活性。它调控上皮形态发生，结合F-肌动蛋白，是轴突生长、板状伪足、突起和膜皱褶发育和形成的组成部分。通过与RAC1的相互作用，CYFIP1调控WASP家族成员的活性。CYFIP1与Prader-Willi/天使综合征有关，也可能在自闭症中发挥作用。
