人血清白蛋白（HSA）是一种非糖基化、可溶的球状单体蛋白质。它在血浆中大量存在，配有一个由三个同源结构域组成的多结构域，分别称为I、II和III。其中三个结构域有子域A和B，子域具有共同的结构基元。HSA基因位于人类染色体4q13.3上。
應用
使用高纯度V级人血清白蛋白片断V测定纳米抗体α人血清白蛋白（HSA）与HSA的结合亲和力并注入检测人白介素（IL-21R）、IL-21-αHSA和HSA串联绑定的信号。它还被用于研究胎球蛋白A磷酸化对钙蛋白颗粒（CPP）摄取的影响。
生化／生理作用
人血清白蛋白（HSA）是脂肪酸、甲状腺激素和类固醇的主要载体蛋白。它参与细胞外液量的稳定。HSA用于治疗血液透析、急性肝功能衰竭、慢性肝病等。它可用作疫苗和治疗性蛋白质药物的赋形剂。HSA适用于各种生物应用，包括配体捕获、纳米给药和融合蛋白等。
