一般描述
雄激素受体（AR）是一种核受体，通过与雄激素睾酮或二氢睾酮结合而被激活。雄激素受体的主要功能是作为调节基因表达的DNA结合转录因子。然而，雄激素受体还具有独立于DNA结合的其他功能。雄激素受体与孕激素受体关系最为密切，较高剂量的孕激素可阻断雄激素受体。

与大鼠雄激素受体的N端相对应的KLH偶联的线性肽。
表位：该抗体可识别雄激素受体N端的调节区。
应用
免疫沉淀分析：34 µL代表性批次从1000 µg LNCaP细胞裂解液中免疫沉淀雄激素受体。
