18:1 PEG2000 PE has been used as a component of quantum dot (QD) solution.[1] It has also been used in fusion assay to study the inter-bilayer and bilayer-substrate interactions.[2]

生化/生理作用

1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine is a neutral lipid. It serves as a helper lipid for cationic liposomes. This product might be used for PEGylation (polyethylene glycol) of nanoparticles to increase in vivo stability. It also promotes efficient delivery.[3]
