Tungsten (IV) disulfide is a transition metal dichalcogenide that is a layered semiconductor that can be used as an anode material for lithium ion batteries by atomic layered deposition (ALD).[1][2][3] It can also be used in potential applications in photovoltaic solar cells (PSCs) or lubricants.[4]
