4,4,4-三氟-1-(2-呋喃基)-1,3-丁二酮（呋喃基三氟丙酮，FTFA）为β-二酮。对体外培养的肿瘤细胞和正常细胞进行了细胞毒活性评价。[1]研究表明，4,4,4-三氟-1-(2-呋喃基)-1,3-丁二酮能部分抑制ETP（电子传递粒子，从牛肉心脏线粒体分离）中亚铁氰化物的氧化。[2] 研究了它与N,N,N′,N′-四甲基烷基二胺的反应形成离子加合物。[3]本文报道了烯醇和酮两种形式的超疏水脂肪酸的构象分析。[4]

應用

4,4,4-三氟-1-(2-呋喃基)-1,3-丁二酮(tfa)可用于以下研究：
  • 在[Eu(tfa)3]2bpm络合物(bpm=2,2′-二嘧啶)的合成中作为封顶配体。[5]
