一般描述

(2-羟丙基)-β-环糊精 (HP-β-CD)是一种β-环糊精和羟烷基衍生物，在有机合成中广泛用作手性溶剂、相转移催化剂和主体分子（host molecule ）。HP-β-CD能与客体分子形成包结物，有助于增强客体分子的溶解性、稳定性和生物利用度。它是α-、β- 和γ-环糊精的替代品，具有更高的水溶性。 HP-β-CD 常用作药物增溶剂。 [1]

应用

HP-β-CD 可用于：
  • 根据 Cu2+离子和分析物之间配位相互作用进行的氨基酸和乳酸分离中的添加剂 [2]
  • 作为毛细管电泳中的手性选择剂，可实现分析用天门冬氨酸非对映衍生物的稳定分离。 [3]
  • 作为改善吡唑并[3,4-d] 嘧啶水溶性和抗增殖活性的试剂。[4]
  • 作为制剂载体。它增加了药物的水溶性，成功地将医疗制剂传送至生物系统。[1]通过络合作用增加罗哌卡因(RVC)的溶解度，从而增强RVC的药理活性。[5]
  • 提高萘普生(NAP)在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)存在下的水溶性。[6]
  • 作为模板合成空心球形硫化铜纳米粒子组装体。[7]
亲脂性药物的溶解度随着水溶液中的羟丙基-β-环糊精（HBC）浓度线性增加，这是因为HBC与药物形成了复合物。这种客体-宿主型复合物在药物与HBC的非极性空穴间形成，导致溶解度增强。 可以将溶液冻干以产生易溶的粉末。 对家兔和小鼠无毒性。

  2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
