一般描述

2-氯甲苯可通过红球菌OCT 10 DSM 45596(T)菌株而被完全矿化[1]。它可被用于制备3-氯-4-甲基儿茶酚和4-氯-3-甲基儿茶酚[2]。以下酶可很好的催化2-氯甲苯的氧化:恶臭假单胞菌F1中的甲苯双加氧酶和来自BurkholderiaPS12菌株的氯苯双加氧酶[3]

应用

2-氯甲苯可作为前体用于通过钯催化的Negishi交叉偶联进行芳基偶联产物的合成。[4]它也可被用于Buchwald-Hartwig胺化以合成芳胺。[5][6]

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
