As I was looking through the general sandwich assay protocol, I was curious about what the wash buffer is diluted in. Is there no serial dilution step for that standard as the kit contains a 1x and 5x osteopontin standard? What's the kit's protocol?
1 answer-
The protocol can be found in the Certificate of Analysis in the document section of the product detail page. For the RAB series ELISA, the COA can apply to any lot as the standard concentration, reagent preparation and assay procedures are the same for each lot.
A copy of the protocol can be found at the link below: https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/coa/SIGMA/RAB0436/SAMPLE
