Immunohistochemistry: 1:300-1:2,000
ELISA: 1:3,000-1:12,000 when assayed against 1 μg of Ovalbumin in a standard Indirect ELISA
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Immunoglobulin purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion-exchange chromatography. Liquid in 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate buffer, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 0.01% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Maintain frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to six months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
