The molar extinction coefficient of rabbit IgG at 280 nm is approximately 210,000 M⁻¹cm⁻¹. The datasheet states that the protein concentration should be determined after reconstitution by measuring the absorbance at 280 nm, with an extinction coefficient of a 1% solution = 14.

How does the storage temperature relate to shipping conditions?
