Application

Guanosine 5′-[β-thio]diphosphate trilithium salt has been used as an inhibitor of G-protein activation to study its effects on acetylcholine current in bag cell neurons.[1][2] It has also been used to study its effects on cholinergic-dependent plateau potentials.[3]
