Preparation Note

Hodowle utrzymywać w temperaturze od 300 000 do 900 000 komórek/ml; 5%_CO2; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutaminy + 20% Płodowej Surowicy Bydlęcej (FBS).
