Application

For identification of Yersinia enterocolitica from dairy products.

Preparation Note

Zawiesić 30,93 g w 1 litrze wody destylowanej. Podgrzać do wrzenia w celu całkowitego rozpuszczenia pożywki. Rozlać 100 ml do butelek Wheaton. Sterylizować w autoklawie w temperaturze 121°C przez 15 minut.
