Selective medium for detection motile nitrate-utilizing microorganisms (Ps. aeruginosa, Cl. perfringens).

Preparation Note

Rozpuścić 23,5 g w 1 litrze wody destylowanej i dodać 5 ml glicerolu (nr kat. 49767). Dozować do probówek z zakrętkami i sterylizować w autoklawie w temperaturze 121°C przez 15 minut.
